Prana or Golden Breath
This visualisation process brings to us maximum vitatlity and wellness, as it has us consciously using our focus to bring in the prana, chi, or golden Light energy, to bathe every cellular process, as well as our other three bodies (emotional, mental, spiritual) in Love.
Golden Light is our access to the Love of our Higher Selves: these particles, are literally, Love focused energy.
Doing up to 50 of these each day, will ensure your well-being, on multiple levels…you can do say 10 of them in the morning and at night, with times throughout the day, when you do another 5 or so…it mounts up 
Imagine a mist of golden LIght particles, taking form above your crown chakra – zillions of tiny shimmering Light particles, brilliant gold in colour…let them gather in greater numbers, to create a dense cloud of them, above your head.
Allow a little strand of these golden light particles, to enter into your crown chakra, moving into the Signature Cell, which is located in the Pineal Gland, in the centre of the top part of the head to activate your Divine Blueprint, that is referenced in the Signature Cell.
Keep the strand of golden Light particles moving in through the crown, filling up the whole of the head with their golden Light, and moving it down the central energy column towards the throat, and down to the thymus, an inch or so below the throat, to activate the Chromosomes of Youth and Vitality lcoated there. Let it continue on into the heart; and then radiate out from there with the outbreath, throughout the whole of the rest of the body, and into the auric field.
So with the inbreath, filling yourself with golden light particles, in through your crown chakra, activating the Signature Cell in the pineal gland, bringing it down to the thymus, then into the heart, and imagine yourself filling up with these golden light particles, so that they radiate from every part of your body process – you may choose to focus on each part of the body in turn, from the head, the neck, shoulders and arms, upper trunk, etc…down the body, filling each part as you focus on it, with golden Light.
When you have filled yourself with golden Light, so that you are literally radiating with it in your conscious awareness, let your auric field expand…and take yourself into the next process:
Connecting With the Higher Self
Take the following steps to connect deeply with your Higher Self – you will need to be sitting very comfortably, with your head supported against a cushion, or lying down, to do this
Begin by offering your Love to your Higher Self, in the form of a Prayer if you choose – you may need to let go of some emotions, in order to do that – it can be as simple as saying, Higher Self, I bring you my Love
Then do your prana breaths, until you can truly feel yourself vibrating as golden Light particles…if the breath process seems too cumbersome, just feel yourself becoming golden particle Light. When you have reached a point, where it is very clear to you, that you are golden Light, bring in either your own colour, if you know it, or white Light particles, to mingle and blend in with the gold, so that you have a two colour process, with as many coloured or white particles, as you have the gold…let your auric field expand, as you do this, let yourself feel yourself becoming very large in this process. Then, if you didn’t use white Light particles the last time, blend them in as well.
Let your heart fill with the gratitude and celebration of life, that will be present to you, in that moment, and allow, your Higher Self, to be very much a part of you: in this blending process, you are literally merging with your Higher Self presence.
Listen…listen…listen – with your heart, letting all concerns be surrendered into the Love of your Higher Self, as they arise in your thought process.
When I do this process, it takes me into such a state of Love, that whatever concerns I may have, fall away, in the knowing, that they are taken care of…that I am deeply and profoundly Loved, and we are on the path of change and transformation together, as one Light, one Heart… I find that my Prayer, to be guided to the steps I need to take, to heal whatever is of concern to me, or to have something come into my journey that I desire to create, is answered, if not immediately, before too much time has past
Sometimes, there is a need to BE in Love, before we can bring what we desire into our world, and we are so focused on the material plane, we forget, just how much we are Spirit, and that our physical expression is just a small part of the Higher Self presence that we truly ARE.
When we are in alignment with the Higher Self, by choosing to connect with this part of us via the process described, all four bodies come into focus, as a balanced energy pattern: it is from there, that we can create, in acceptance and total Trust in the Love of our Higher Self’s presence as part of our journey of Love, ever expanding, unfurling, in new and beautiful ways.
When I do this process, it takes me into a deep state of Oneness…of waves of energy, pulsating through my body, to clear out all that is out of Love, where I am upset about something, bringing with it, great knowing of the Love, in a very expanded state of awareness – it feels as though I am like a galaxy at times, so huge, so diffuse, in the immensity of the Joy and the Love of Creation. At other times, it is a state of deep Peace…try it, and see, how you are with it
